Welcome to the very first issue of The Kats’ Korner, Keystone Korner’s blog, where we talk about the many facets of jazz and the artists who continue to keep the genre alive. For the March 2026 issue, we wanted to embrace March being Women’s History Month and explore women’s ever-presence in jazz and their continued contributions to the genre. We are especially excited to highlight a very powerful band closing out our month, Artemis!
